High Schools Plan Traditional Homecoming
Homecoming celebrations for 2008 include events at both high schools along with the traditional varsity football game to be played at St. John Fisher College. The combined Mendon/Sutherland football team will play Fairport on Saturday, September 20, 2008 at 4:00pm.

Float building week begins September 8th for Sutherland and September 15th for Mendon. Each school will exhibit their floats at homecoming parades. Mendon High School’s parade is Friday, September 19th at 2:45pm in the MHS athletic stadium. Sutherland’s Homecoming parade steps off at 9:00am on Saturday, September 20th from Sutherland High School and travels along Main Street. Both high schools have their homecoming dance scheduled for Saturday, September 20th at 8:30pm.
