What is happening nationally and now locally with last night’s protests is incredibly saddening. It is evidence that much more action is needed surrounding race and equity. As I think about my own emotions, I keep going back to the word “sad” because what started as a peaceful protest turned into something terrible for the Rochester community. COVID-19 Updates and Resources
As of Monday, March 16, Pittsford Schools closed until further notice due to COVID-19 guidelines from NYS and local health officials for all Monroe County Schools. This includes all school related activities, athletics, and use of school buildings, playgrounds and fields. Please know that during this unprecedented time we will stay in close touch with you. We are planning to provide regular updates every Friday about the following week, or as new information becomes available from Monroe County.
