Ms. Jacob began as the principal of Barker Road Middle School in July 2021.  Prior to her appointment at Barker Road Middle School, she served as assistant principal at Brighton High School and Twelve Corners Middle School. Before working in the Brighton Central School District, Ms. Jacob taught social studies and served as the secondary standards leader for social studies in the Pittsford Central School District. 

She earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Nazareth College, a Master of Science Degree in Education from St. John Fisher College, and a certificate in Educational Leadership from the University of Rochester.

Ms. Jacob grew up in Honeoye Falls, NY, and now resides in Ionia with her husband Chad Jacob and their two daughters who attend Honeoye-Falls Lima schools.
