Ms. Dickey previously served as Director for the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Program for Our Lady of Mercy School for Young Women. In this role, she collaborated with school administrators on diversity, equity and inclusion issues and initiatives, and worked with department chairs and faculty on curriculum and instruction. Prior to this, she served as Mercy’s Chair for the Cheryl Speranza Leadership Institute from 2019-2021. She was Associate Principal of Boynton Middle School (Ithaca, NY) from 2008-2019, and she taught Social Studies at Edison Tech from 1998-2008, and at Wilson Magnet High School from 1997-1998.  

Ms. Dickey earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Rochester, a Master’s degree in Educational Administration from St. John Fisher College, and a Master’s degree in Education from the University of Rochester. She is a graduate of Pittsford Mendon High School.

Mrs. Marren previously served as a secondary Social Studies teacher at West Irondequoit, Greece Arcadia and Penfield. She also has served as a Family Literacy Specialist at the Rochester City Schools. Prior to starting at Pittsford Schools, Mrs. Marren served at Penfield Schools as a Secondary Humanities Specialist where she oversaw the development and implementation of curriculum and instruction for secondary humanities. 

Mrs. Marren earned a Bachelor's degree in History from Allegheny College, a Master's degree in Education from Nazareth College and a Certificate of Advanced Study from Canisius College.
