    Economics Class Objectives:

    Following the New York State Curriculum, the concepts that students will learn about include but are not limited to laws influencing the decisions of consumers and producers in the marketplace, monetary and fiscal policy, personal finance, and how the US economic system functions.

    Global Studies 9 Class Objectives:


    Global Studies 10 Class Objectives:

    Global 10 is a cross-cultural, chronological examination of the modern era. From the Age of Revolutions through today's enduring Global Issues, the course examines how individuals and events have shaped world history and contributed to the challenges of the present day.

     This year students will utilize the skills learned in Global 9 while further building upon them in an effort to become respectful and engaged world citizens. Emphasis will be placed on reading primary and secondary documents, interpreting graphs and visuals, and writing research-based essays.
