• Dear Parents and Guardians:

     

    We have enjoyed teaching your children in Business Dynamics class these first few weeks of the 2019-2020 school year.  Our Business Education Department offers the opportunity of an overnight field trip associated with this class each school year. 

    We have coordinated an exciting trip to New York City this coming spring on Thursday, March 26 and Friday, March 27.   The itinerary is enclosed for your review.  We will be holding an informational meeting to discuss the trip in further detail on Wednesday, October 30 in the Mendon High School Auditorium at 7 p.m. in order to answer any questions you have. 

    New to the structure of the trip this year is the fact that trip insurance is already included as part of the stated trip cost.  Further details about the insurance coverage can be found in the attached packet of information.  Specific questions surrounding the insurance coverage should be directed to the tour company, 1st Choice Educational Tours. 

    Additionally, we want to make you aware that rooming for the trip will be in groups of 4.  While students are not signing up for rooms at this point in the process, please work with your student to develop a group that meets this parameter.

    1. Completed 1st Choice Tours Trip Registration Form
    2. Deposit check in the amount of $259.80, with your student's name listed on the memo line.

    The deadline for trip registration and deposit is Friday, December 6. Please allow yourself ample time to mail these documents prior to the December 6th deadline as late payments are unable to be accepted.
