Welcome to Fifth Grade!  This grade is awesome!  I wanted to take an opportunity to tell you a little bit about who your 5th grade
teacher is.  This is my eighteenth year teaching (oh my!).  I have taught in two urban charter schools, at Mendon Center, and here at Jefferson Road.  I am working on completing my PhD as a lifelong learner.  Here are a few highlights about me:

*I believe I work with the most important people in the world.

*I love monkeys because they make me smile and are mischievous.

*I talk loudly, and very fast, so please don't be afraid to tell me to slow down!

*My morning Tim Horton's coffee is essential for me, and you.

*We have a black Labrador mix dog named Charlie, a Shepherd mix puppy named Violet, two boy cats named Salem and Bailey, and a girl cat named Tiger (yes, I live in a zoo!).

I was married in January 2018 to Tim Rose.  He has two kids, a son Blake who is 17 years old and a daughter Paytin who is 15 years old.
