Hello Students and Family!

I am thrilled to be part of the Allen Creek Learning Community.  We have a very exciting and rigorous year planned!

To give you a little background about my experience, I have been teaching for 14 years and am on my 6th year at Allen Creek.  I previously taught 2nd grade at Thornell Road Elementary. Before becoming part of the Pittsford District, I began my career in the Greece Central School District, where I started as a 5th grade teacher!

I have two, very busy, girls at home. My first daughter is Mackenzie, who is 10, in fifth grade and then there is Aubrey who is 6, who is in first grade.  Oh, and we added a very energetic but loving black lab mix puppy who is 10 months old to the family, last May! 

I love anything chocolate, cookie dough ice cream, Mountain Dew soda, and bagels! All things that I admit, are not very healthy!

My goal every new school year is to build a relationship with each and every student.  Without that foundation of trust and respect, the building blocks for learning will crumble. 

I look forward to a fun, productive year of learning!
