My name is Ashley Ford and this is my 12th year teaching second grade at Mendon Center. Teaching is an absolute passion of mine and I am thrilled to be starting a new year with your children. 

I grew up in a small town out in Wayne County (Williamson) and from there attended SUNY Geneseo where I received a dual certification in Childhood Education/Special Education and a Master's Degree in Literacy Education. 

My husband Brad and I currently reside in Fairport with our three kids. We have a six year old daughter (Madison) in first grade, a 2 year old daughter (Avery), and I have a step-son (Lucas) who is a junior at Fairport High School. When I am not teaching I enjoy crafting, camping, spending time with friends/family and shopping!!!!!

I am looking forward to another amazing year at MCE!
