  • We’re looking for unique and exciting stories about things happening in your classroom, school or department.

    • Is there something you’re doing that brings to life our Strategic Initiatives, Vision or Core Values?

    • Many times community members ask, "What's changed since I was in school?" As educators, we know there have been significant changes in classrooms over the years. Are there changes in your practice or school that we should share with the community?

    • Are you connected with a story that would touch the hearts of our community?

    These videos will be used for various purposes, including:

    • Superintendent's Monthly eNewsletter

    • Website News

    • PCSD YouTube Channel

    • Social Media (Twitter, Facebook)

    We hope to hear from you and learn more about the work you're doing in our schools and departments!

Here's how to submit your idea for review

  • Please complete the video suggestion form and submit it to your principal or department director. If they approve it, the story will then be submitted to the Communication Office.

    Principals and directors should submit ideas to the Communication Office by the 15th of each month for events happening the following month.

    If students are featured in the video, please use the media release form below to obtain parental permission. The media release(s) will need to be submitted to the Communication Office prior to the event in order for students to be included in the video. We will respond to every request to let you know if the submitted idea will advance into production.
