Snack: Your child is welcome to bring a healthy snack for during snack time. We usually have snack in the morning before Math.
Orange Folders: Orange folders come home every day with papers done in class or handed back as well as any letters from myself or the school. Be sure to read through any letters sent home! You can use this as a form of communication to send a note back.
Seesaw: Seesaw is an easy way for your child to share their work & day with you. It is also a quick way for us to stay in touch with each other. I can post announcements/info/ reminders etc and you are able to message me back if needed. Students love reading the feedback from their family members!
Scholastic: Our class code to order online is QJD8K. Ordering online helps our classroom to earn free books! You can also send your order in to school with a check for Scholastic as well.
Website: The class website is posted on the District’s website. Go to http://pittsfordschools.org. Click on Our Schools, then Park Road, and finally Teacher Pages. We will also post work in Seesaw as well.
Whenever you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me by planner page, email allison_luta@pittsford.monroe.edu, or by phone at school (585-267-3505). The phone is on do not disturb so you can leave me a voicemail and I will get back to you. If there is an emergency or something that I need to know by the end of the school day, call the main office 585-267-1500 and they will get me the message. Our classroom website is in the process of being updated and I will keep you posted as that progresses.
