Worry Boxes
Using a blank pencil box (or any other small box) add things (or representations of things) that bring you happiness. You can also add notes with calm down strategies: taking deep breaths, going for a walk, listening to music etc. Your child can use the box when ever they are feeling worried or stressed, either by using a strategy or looking at their representations of happiness.
