• Meet Mrs. Grace

    Hello string students and families,

    I am thrilled to be your string teacher/orchestra director this year!  I've taught in the Monroe County public school system for 24 years.  This is my 18th year teaching beginning string instruments at all five PCSD elementary schools.  I live in Penfield with my very kind husband and have four awesome adult children.  Looking forward to a wonderful year ahead – filled with the beautiful sounds from our beginning orchestra!

    • She performed with the Eastern Music Festival in Greensboro, North Carolina.
    • Was principal 'cellist for the Oratorio Orchestra of New Jersey.
    • She performs with the Penfield Symphony Orchestra and
    • - - in the pit orchestras for the Greece Athena High School and Middle School theater productions.
    • Mrs. Grace is honored to be involved in the music ministry at the Saint Joseph's Convent in Rochester.
    • Favorite saying is: "Error on the side of generosity!"
    • Favorite music to listen to is Country Western.
      • Her favorite country artists are Miranda Lambert and Tim Mc Graw.
      • Her favorite song is "Humble and Kind."
    • Favorite activity is to enjoy the company of her dear family and to visit them in the summer!
