     YOGA-  Free YOGA

    Take a FREE yoga class from our staff.   Hit schedule, choose the class and fill in your name and email.  Make sure you check with you parents first! For more specific directions go to my classroom news aand notes.

    YOGA  CLASS DIRECTIONS-  Remember get parents ok first.

    • Follow the link from studio 170.  
    • Schedule your class
    • Try and sign-up 45 minutes before class.
    • You get a link with a confirmation email 30 minutes before class and a reminder 5 minutes before class.
    • IF YOUR you using a computer you're all set!
    • IPAD OR IPHONE you'll need to download the Hangouts Meet by Google before your class starts.   This is a one time deal.

  • The current situation has prompted teachers all over the country to search for appropriate resources & ideas to foster learning experiences. Physical Education Teachers are not exempt from this as well,  There seems to be no shortage of information out there. As various programs & opportunites are provided to you please look them over & choose the things that make sense to you. There is a saying that there is no such thing as a bad ecercise just bad exerise prescription. For the most part I agree, but I also know there are people who heir life work is to research exercise & fitness who feel there may some exercises that can place more of an inherrent risk to your body. So remember to consider you current status & experience when trying any exercises or exercise program. Again, find things that make the most sense for you. 

    I have included new resources below for you to check out. Investigate them use what makes sense for you. Remember to scale it to your abilities & level of exercises experience.
