    Enjoy this video by Deepak Chopra. He is a world renowned master of mindful living and health and wellness. I have followed his work for over 20 years. This video is only 3 minutes long but can be practiced longer on your own- I personally like to listen to "spa" or "meditation" music while I practice mindfulness.
