Student Loaned Technology

Students assigned a district device are responsible for all damages whether intentional or accidental as well as theft or loss of the device. Pittsford Central School District offers an optional Student Loaned Technology Protection Plan that provides an inexpensive solution to parents to reduce the potential financial burden if an accident or theft of the device occurs. Information on the Student Loaned Technology Protection Plan can be found in the document listed below.
Responsibility for the repair caused by a malfunction or maintenance issues will be determined by the Pittsford Central School District Information Technology Department.
To opt into the Student Loaned Technology Protection Plan:- Complete the opt-in form electronically at: Student Technology Device Loan Agreement and make an online payment through the Pittsford Parent Payment Portal or
- Complete and return the Student Technology Device Loan Agreement Form with a check to Pittsford Central School District, Attn: Ms. Leeanne Reister, Pittsford Central School District, 75 Barker Road – East, Pittsford, NY 14534.
To report an issue with a student device please complete the Student Technology Assistance Form.
