• Student Help Desk

    We are moving away from the Microsoft Form help desk and will be transitioning to the Pittsford Web Help Desk. This transition will require students to login with their Active Directory information (Computer/Classlink username and password). 

    The technology help desk is monitored Monday - Friday from 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM.
    Students are encouraged to submit their own help desk request, as this system is tied into their student email and will provide up to date alerts and communications.

Steps for filling out a Student Help Desk ticket

  • Student Help Desk
    Sign into the Student Web Help Desk
    UserName = First name Underscore last name Example: Donald_Duck
    Password is the same password as your Active Diretory password. (The password used to log into our District computers and Office 365)

    Help Desk Choices

    Make sure Students is chosen from the pulldown menu on the left.

    Students can chose from three catagories of needs:
     1. Compromised or Malware
     2. Infinite Campus
     3. Technicial and Other Issues

    Student Help Desk Choices

    Choose the type of technicial support needed from the drop down menu.
    Make sure that the Request Detail, Location and Room fields are filled in. Click on Save to submit your Student Help Desk Ticket. Someone from Tech Services will reach out to you shortly.
