Fifth Graders meet for music two times during a six-day cycle.
This is the first year that students may participate in an instrumental ensemble in addition to chorus and general music class. The sequential skills and concepts students have learned during their time in elementary school culminate in 5th grade and emphasis is put on independence in music-making and creating.
