Birthdays are special days in our classroom!  We celebrate birthdays in our room by:

• THe birthday child gets to lead morning meeting and be the line leader (or ender) for the day
• Singing “Happy Birthday”
• Playing a game selected by the birthday child

Summer and Vacation Birthdays
Students whose birthdays do not fall on a school day may choose a special day any time during the year to celebrate with their classmates.  Many students choose their “half-birthdays” or their pets’ birthdays as their special days.

Please note:  We do not distribute gifts, treats or include food in our birthday celebrations.
