Each 5th grader chooses an endangered animal and researches that animal in the library. In art students are introduced to the work of Alicia VanNoy Call. With the help of a grid students enlarge an image of their animal. The animal is colored with a couple of complementary colors (across from each other on the colors wheel) and analogues colors (next to each other).
