Instructional Challenge is a philosophy of recognizing student differences, and developing the potential of every child using a variety of strategies in the classroom. Instructional Challenge Coordinators support teachers in their efforts to effectively challenge all students in the academic program K-8.

- Collaboration between the classroom teacher and PC Coordinator on projects and activities
- Flexible grouping
- Reading buddies
- Student choice
- Anchoring activities
