Welcome to the Pittsford Central School District! To begin the enrollment process, please access the required forms listed below or call the Central Registrar at 585-267-1027 to have a packet mailed to you. When the packet is completed, please call the Registrar to schedule the registration appointment. The length of the appointment will vary, but typically takes 30 minutes, depending on paperwork completion.
At the time of the appointment, please bring proof of each child’s age, immunization and health records and proof of residency. If you have any questions or need help determining which documents to bring with you, please call the Registrar.
The Central Registrar is located at 75 Barker Road - East Offices, Pittsford, NY 14534. Please park in the lot designated for District Office Parking. The receptionist will direct you to the Registrar.

The Enrollment Procedures packet and all forms are available on this page to help you with the registration process. Please print these forms, fill them out and bring them with you when you come in to register.
To be eligible for Kindergarten in the 2021-22 school year, children must be five years old on or before December 1, 2021.
Given that Pittsford Schools will remain closed through the end of this school year, we have not yet established a new Kindergarten screening process or dates. However, parents are encouraged to begin the process by completing the student registration paperwork or using the online registration tool.
There are two ways to register your child:
- Complete the paperwork given to you at a District Kindergarten Orientation Night. Registration paperwork can also be found on this webpage below. Then, mail or scan and email the paperwork to:

Once you submit the paperwork or complete the online format, District Registrar Patricia Kearns will contact you. She will establish a virtual or in-person meeting with you to finalize the registration, depending on whether our school buildings are open.
