Borrowing Equipment
Audiovisual equipment is available for faculty and students to borrow for school related projects. Some commonly borrowed equipment is pictured below. There is also a laptop and other various equipment available, just ask.
Policies for Borrowing Equipment
In Building Usage
Get in contact with me and let me know what piece of equipment you would like to borrow, when you need it, and how long you will be needing to borrow the equipment.
Off School Grounds Usage- Faculty/Staff
Faculty and staff are allowed to borrow AV equipment for school functions that take place off of school grounds. Get in contact with me and let me know what equipment you would like to borrow so I can check availability. You will be required to fill out a Responsibility Form that requires the building principals' signature before you can borrow the equipment.
Off School Grounds Usage- Students
Students are welcome to borrow AV equipment for school projects. Students need to get in contact with me to find out if the equipment they need is available. There is a Responsibility Form that students need to have signed by their parent, teacher, and the building principal before they can take the equipment off school grounds.
