In lieu of the Senior Parent Night usually hosted every fall, the MHS Counseling Office put together a video presentation for Seniors and their Parents/Guardians to help guide you through the College Application Process.

Transcript Release Forms - Current Students
The processing of Transcript Release Forms will be handled differently for the 2020-21 school year and college admissions cycle. The electronic transcript release form, completed for each college/university to which a student is applying, and used in conjuction with a one-time uploaded* Student Records Release Authorization form, can be accessed by students in Office 365: Transcript Release Form.
