The Behavioral Health Crisis Call Line is open and available for support. Our Crisis Call Line is available to kids, teens, families, and adults who may be coping with issues related to a mental illness, for example, a panic or anxiety attack, but who do not feel the need to visit our Psychiatric Emergency Department. Contact 275-8686. Hours of operation: Monday–Friday 7 a.m.–8 p.m.; Saturday-Sunday 10 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Mobile Crisis also continues to be operational, call 211 or Lifeline (275-5151). The Mobile Crises Team is a mobile psychiatric emergency team for individuals and families within Monroe County who are experiencing a crisis in mental health. CPEP also remains operational and should be used for acute mental health crises.
