REGISTRATION FOR THEATRE PROGRAMS OPENS DECEMBER 2ND, 2024!

SEI Programs are open to all PCSD students and students from other districts. Please spread the word. We'd love to work with you this summer!

Summer 2025 Theatre Offerings

Registration

Registration for the 2025 Theatre Programs will open December 2, 2024 and close June 13, 2025.

All other program registrations will open March 24, 2025 and close June 13, 2025.

  • After completing the registration form on FamilyID, you will receive a confirmation email from messaging@arbitersports.com with course information and pricing. This email serves as your invoice. Please check your junk mail—the confirmation often goes there versus your inbox.
  • Participants are accepted according to the date of completed payment.
    • PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 72 HOURS OF REGISTRATION IN ORDER TO SECURE YOUR CHILD'S PLACE IN THE CLASS.
      • Many of our classes fill on the first day of registration, forcing us to build lengthy waitlists. If payment is not received within the 72-hour timeframe, regardless of when the course is scheduled to run, your child will be removed from the roster and placed onto the waitlist.
    • My School Bucks® or check are acceptable methods of payment.
      • Pay online through the Pittsford Payment Center by setting up a new My School Bucks® account or logging into your child’s existing My School Bucks® account at www.MySchoolBucks.com, selecting the “School Store” tile, then “Summer Enrichment,” and manually enter the total cost of your programs, as indicated on the FamilyID Notification email.
      • If you choose My School Bucks®, you will be charged the service fee associated with your district account. This fee cannot be refunded by SEI or PCSD.
    • Checks should be made payable to Pittsford Schools and mailed to:
      • Barker Road – East Wing
      • Attn: Treasurer
      • 75 Barker Rd.
      • Pittsford, NY 14534
  • No refunds once class begins.
    • A refund minus $50 processing/administrative fee will be issued after registration closes, June 9th and prior to start of class.
    • Full refund will be issued if SEI cancels a program.

MySchoolBucks will close 6/13/25; after 6/13/25, all payments must be made via check.
