Welcome to Student Services

  • The Student Services Department is coordinated by Shana Cutaia, Director of Student Services. Cutaia has almost 20 years of educational experience. She began her teaching career in Pittsford as a middle school social studies teacher, went on to become the assistant principal at Brighton’s Twelve Corners Middle School, and most recently served as the principal at Barker Road Middle School.

    As Director of Student Services, Cutaia will be responsible for the nursing and counseling programs, health, safety and wellness initiatives, including the management of COVID-19 reporting, and the diversity and equity programs.

    Cutaia has a Bachelor’s Degree in history from Nazareth College, a Master’s Degree from St. John Fisher College, and a certificate in educational administration from SUNY Brockport. She also holds a certificate in Strategic Human Resources from Cornell University.

    The Student Services department is located at the District Office in the east wing of Barker Road Middle School.
