Each year, the Communications Office supports Pittsford’s nine schools by telling the story of Pittsford Central School District in a myriad of ways. Whether it is celebrating student accolades and achievements, building the annual calendar, sharing District updates or posting timely news to the website, Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn, the Communications team works tirelessly to ensure our community is informed and excited about all that happens in Pittsford Schools. Year after year, Pittsford’s communication campaigns, videos, and publications are recognized at the local, state and national level.

Recently, the District’s communication efforts were recognized by the National School Public Relations Association (NSPRA) and the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA). In addition to Awards of Excellence and Merit for the Annual Calendar of Schedules and Events and an Award of Merit and for the printed District Newsletter, PCSD received the highest honors of the Golden Achievement Award (NSPRA) and the PRism Award (PRSA) for the  “I Am Pittsford Schools” video campaign.
