January 27 Public Forum about Capital Improvement Project Referendum

Join us at the Capital Improvement Project Public Forum on Tuesday, January 27, at Calkins Road Middle School from 6:30-7:30 p.m. to learn about the capital improvement referendum on the ballot for the March 5, 2026 vote.

On March 5, 2026, the Pittsford Central School District community will have the opportunity to vote on a $48.7 million Capital Project referendum designed to address priority infrastructure needs identified in the New York State-mandated Building  Condition Survey. The scope of this project includes repairs, upgrades, and modernizations to maintain a safe and efficient learning environment for students and staff.

Priorities of this project include:

  • Roof replacements and protective coatings
  • Boiler steam plant and MHS water line replacements
  • Replacement of public address systems and installation of emergency generators
  • Addition of air conditioning in large group instruction areas and areas of assembly
  • Corridor floor tile abatement and replacement
  • Parking lot repaving
  • Replacement of chillers and reduced pressure zone (RPZ) devices
  • Replacement of playground equipment at ACE
