Help Shape the Future of Education in Pittsford

Help Shape the Future of Education in Pittsford

The Pittsford Central School District (PCSD) is seeking a community volunteer with business experience to serve on its Instructional Leadership Council (ILC), a key advisory group dedicated to advancing educational excellence across the District.

The ILC is a 26-member standing committee composed of District educators, administrators, PTSA representatives, and business and community leaders. Together, members help guide the planning, development, and continuous improvement of PCSD’s instructional program, providing valuable insight and recommendations to the Assistant Superintendent for Instruction.

This is a unique opportunity for a Pittsford resident with a business background to contribute professional expertise, collaborate with educational leaders, and help shape the learning experiences of current and future students.

Qualified candidates must be available to attend monthly meetings on Thursdays from 1:00–4:00 p.m., beginning on October 15, 2026.

To apply, please submit a letter of interest and a resume or professional biography to Heather Clayton, Assistant Superintendent for Instruction at Heather_Clayton@pittsford.monroe.edu.

Applications will be accepted through June 30, 2026.

Your experience can make a meaningful difference in the future of Pittsford schools.
