April 29 Power Hour: Social Media and Cell Phone Use in our Schools - Creating a Distraction-free Learning Environment

Please join us on April 29 at 6:30 p.m. at the Calkins Road Middle School Commons to learn about and discuss the impact of cell phone use and social media in our schools. District and building administrators and mental health team members will share statistics, strategies and current practices around cell phone use. Panelists will share strategies for parents and guardians to use outside of school.  There will be an opportunity for participants to share feedback with District administration and Board of Education members around what a distraction-free environment could look like in Pittsford.
