The Scholastic Awards began in 1923 and are administered by the Alliance for Young Artists and Writers in New York City. Pittsford students participate in the Western NY Art Region. This year’s entrants were judged by the faculty of Alfred University who work in the arts field. Students, not teachers, are responsible for selecting and digitally submitting images of their art/writing and related paperwork.
