COVID-19 Positive Notifications Week of April 28, 2021 - May 5, 2021

School districts report positive cases daily to NYS and that information can be found at this link: The District is unable to legally disclose any further details or personal identifiable information about these individuals per the Federal privacy laws.

We are working closely with the MCDPH to complete contact tracing. The MCDPH will notify any individuals who are at risk of exposure, and these individuals will be placed into mandatory quarantine. If the MCDPH recommends further action by the District, we will immediately notify you.

In addition to working closely with the MCDPH, we will continue to reinforce the best practices of mask wearing with your nose covered, staying physically distant from others and handwashing. I cannot emphasize enough the importance of following health protocols at home and limiting the size and number of gatherings among our high school students after school and on weekends.

Please send any school-related questions to your child’s school principal or for District questions, please contact Dr. Patricia Vaughan-Brogan, our COVID-19 District Liaison, at

We wish these students and staff members a speedy recovery and good health to all.
