In this 1950’s musical comedy, Gracie Stanley has gotten herself into the ultra-sticky jam of a lifetime! She has pledged to deliver her distant cousin, rock star Ziggy Springer, for the high school Hippity Hop. To her dismay, Ziggy’s manager doesn’t want his client performing anywhere without pay. It’s now up to Gracie and her friends to produce a double... or never show their faces in Louise’s Luncheonette again! They plot to have a singing soda jerk perform instead. If it’s dark, maybe no one will be able to tell that it’s really not Ziggy! With the scornful Muffin Mansfield keeping her eyes on Gracie’s every move, it won’t be easy to pull this one off. Loaded with the feel of the era and a fantastic score, you’ll see why we call them the Nifty Fifties! Run time is approximately seventy minutes with no intermission. This a great show for all ages!

In this theatrical comedy by Don Zolidis, the Moss River Community Players have been just fine settling for theatrical mediocrity, until one day they receive a stunning offer: an insanely wealthy woman is offering a ten-million-dollar prize for the best community theatre show in North Central Minnesota. The catch? They only have two days to put it together! All heck breaks loose as the cast tries their best to present the play, “An Unspeakable Triumph of Supreme Brilliance.” With one actor deathly afraid of the stage, another trying to dominate the show, and a set about to collapse, will the riches slip out of their hands before curtain call?

“Once in a Lifetime” is a satirical comedy about three washed-up vaudeville performers—Jerry, May and George—who head for Hollywood to try their luck at the newest craze: “talking” movies. After a hilarious series of mistakes, the bumbling George becomes famous (for a short time, at least) as a motion picture genius. Everything goes wrong, but our three heroes somehow come out on top.
